Antoinette "Toni" Callahan was born and raised in Cape May County. After graduating from Wildwood Catholic & Gwynedd Mercy College in Ambler PA., Toni married her high school sweetheart Bill in 1969 and after 37 years in North Wildwood moved to Cape May Court House in 2006. They have 2 children Bill Jr. and Jackie. Bill & his wife Kim have 2 sons, Dylan & Jackson. Jackie & her husband Kevin have 1 son, Gavin.

Toni has the ability to know what clients are looking to buy even before they do. In her 22 years in the real estate business, she has helped make if possible for hundreds of families to become primary & secondary homeowners in the Wildwoods and surrounding areas. In her spare time, Toni loves to travel to warm climates, garden & play with her grandkids.
