Carol Zdenek is one of Don Martin Realty's rental agents. In addition to helping buyers and sellers, she coordinates rentals through the firm's rental program along with running the maintenance program. Although a permanent resident of North Wildwood for the past three years, Carol and her husband have owned property in North Wildwood for nearly 25 years. Originally from Ocean County, has been with Don Martin Realty for three years. Because she is a true people person, she has taken on a variety of occupations that deal with people from all walks of life. Carol formerly worked at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood; owned and managed C&J Dollar Store in Jackson Township; and owned and operated Carol and Jerry's Florist in Jackson. She is a member of the New Jersey Board of Realtors. In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading, floral arranging, traveling and attending basketball and soccer games with her 11-year-old son.
