Richard was born and raised in North Wildwood where he has been a lifelong resident. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has a Bachelors Degree in marketing and hospitality. Growing up in a household with both parents being real estate brokers, he always knew that he wanted to follow in their footsteps. He currently manages the vacation rentals division of his father's office, Don Martin Realty. When looking for an investment property Richard knows what to look for.
